This is a great work out option. The studio is clean and the employees are all so kind and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make the work out convenient and flexible. I recommend giving them a try, it is a great place.

Love the ability to go 24/7 and have my own personal space to workout in! I’m able to get in a quick workout before work! I’ve done about 12 sessions so far and I love them all!

Wow! Great staff! They go above and beyond. I love that it works with my schedule. Whether I’m pulling dayshift hours or night shift hours, I love that I can workout anytime. Definitely fits my needs!

Best all around workout I’ve ever had. The additional health benefits from the infrared heat are such a bonus! Once you start you won’t want to stop. The manager, Shannon is THE BEST!!!!! Love my Cedar Bluff Hotworx!

Absolutely loved working out at this location while I was working in Knoxville! I miss it actually!Very friendly staff and clean environment I even worked out with some really nice people while there. Always love the ones with good vibes! I normally don’t exercise, but decided to give this a try. I love it. It is easy to book sessions and I can totally be accountable for the 15 to 30 minute sessions. The staff is amazing and answers all the questions I’ve ever had.

Hotworx has been a blessing for me. I had several injuries last year and was not able to work out. When I came back this year it has truly been a life saver. The staff at the Knoxville Cedar Bluff location treat you as your becoming a part of their family. They are so helpful and always greet you with a smile and a word of encouragement. This workout is designed for me. You have the privacy if you want it, and you also have the opportunity to work out with someone. I have already met some great people who are striving for the same goal. If you are looking for something different, fun, and definitely challenging you should come and try out HOTWORX as the Knoxville Cedar Bluff location.

Cedar Bluff Hotworx crew are some amazing and kind humans. They were very welcoming when I had my first session and while signing up. This is also one of the best workouts I’ve had in awhile. You will get your sweat on and feel absolutely amazing afterwards. Every day I look forward to a session. Highly recommended for anyone!!
