I was in town visiting from Tampa Bay, FL with my family, and wanted to get a workout in. I found HOTWORX on Google from all the great reviews and had to check it out. The studio was awesome - I tried the Thunder Row and loved it. It was extremely challenging to do a rowing exercise in the infrared heat but my body felt way less sore and more relaxed afterward - I burned over 300 calories in 12 minutes! Also, the staff, Taelor was very welcoming and answered all my questions.

I absolutely love everything about HOTWORX Hardin Valley. I have been a member for almost a year and it never gets boring. This is the first place that I have looked forward to going to every time. The ladies that work there are fabulous. When the owners are there, they are always super friendly. They truly appreciate all their members. Everything is always clean and neat. Go for a free visit! You won’t regret it!

THE BEST PLACE TO WORK OUT WITH THE BEST STAFF! I have been going to Hotworx Hardin Valley for nearly a year. Everyone up front remembers mine and my husband's names when we get there during staffed hours. We burn so many calories in less time than it takes at a regular gym! The new Thunder Row machines are amazing and really make you work for that calorie burn. When I'm not able to go work out, I get sad which is something I have never experienced with any other work out facility I've attended! Truly the best place to get your work out done!

HOTWORX Hardin Valley was AMAZING!! I tried my first workout for free after a tour from the energized staff, and signed up the following day. I felt so energized after the workout and slept great! So excited to start this journey!

You can not get appointments. Very few are available. They post three days in advance and they fill up before you can plan to attend. They have way over sold memberships.
