My family and I joined PMA a few weeks ago. First my son tried out and then I decided as his mother to joint the adult class. We have always been an athletic family but when Dylan was training for the first time he was smiling bigger than I had ever seen. We first met Ms Leah and she walked us through how everything would work. Then Mr Mike was awesome in class and has taught my son and I so many things. I just moved here from out of state and have looked for community and it feels like we have been here for a lot longer. This is an awesome place to be a part of.

We have been apart of Premier for 1 year now and we are so thankful for everything that they have taught my son. He has grown in so many areas of his life because of the team. Leah and Mike do an incredible job with boosting the kids with encouragement and the tools they need to protect them self and to feel confident in what they are doing day to day.

Our Daughter has been with PMA for almost 4 months now. She really likes the other kids attending as well as the staff. We initially entered our daughter for various reasons, other than self defense. Our daughter was very shy and withdrawn from social activities. She also had difficulties with day to day organization. I must say..... she is coming out of her shell. She speaks with more confidence as well as with focus. She is not where we want to be, as of yet..... but she is getting there. We are very happy that we decided to put her into the Black Belt Program.Thank you PMA.
