Are you wanting to learn some boxing? Are you looking to learn self defense? Maybe you’re wanting some structure, discipline, and responsibility for your child? Two words: martial arts. As adult, I wanted to box and learn self defense, but I was worried martial arts was for little kids. Wrong. They have an amazing adult class. It’s full of amazing people, and a great instructor, Mr. Xander. He’s also wonderful with children, and a wonderful role model for them. It’s never too late. Worried that you will be behind if you start now?! You won’t be. Mr. Xander does a great job of helping you out one on one during class. Also, all the other students are very helpful and encouraging. I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and started these classes. They also have a great community within. Sign up today. You won’t regret it.

Definitely would not recommend a PMA school backed by corporate. This school is very poorly run. We have had trouble since we started. Not getting gear on time. Not refunding for things we paid for and did not receive. Very disappointing. Look for a PMA that is privately own.

Life changing for my kids and myself. Started out for my Son and was interested for behavioral reasons. My daughter was second to join after begging to be in it! Honestly, to watch them improve is the biggest reward as a parent. They teach the kids awesome life skills and how to train the brain in ways I'm still learning as an adult it is beyond amazing to me. I was given the opportunity to also join the adult class and loving every moment of it.Updated: So I had my kids birthday party with PMA and it was beyond my expectations they keep the kids completely entertained the entire time and our awesome instructor Xander did an amazing performance to lead into the big gift as my daughter received her DEMO team premier outfit as a birthday gift. Thank you Xander for the time and effort you put into planning and making the party amazing. (they even clean up for you!!) Thanks for being a great instructor - ive seen nothing but improvment for my kids and myself! You are amazing at what you do!
