Super affordable! Anyone under 23 only need to pay $15 each month, and no contract! So you can cancel any time. Did I mention they're open 24/7, and all you need is a $10 card to get in. I would recommend!

Great gym at a great price. I have been a member since they moved to this location. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help with anything. In addition there are classes and services for everyone including Silver Sneakers and massage.

I found this place to be small and over crowded at times. The equipment was so so, nothing that was impressive. On a few occasions the treadmill just stopped working. When indid have an issue and asked for assistance, no one seemed to be on the same page. The 24/7 schedule is about the only good thing going. Tvs were set to preset stations that couldnt be change, no one wants to be forced to watch Fox News. I recommend you go somewhere like planet fitness or workout anytime to get the same or more for less cost. Even at that cost you can put a little more to it and go to Golds. WONT BE BACK OR RECOMMENDING

All I can say is the month to month is really not month to month.. Apparently there is FINE PRINT that says your technically in a contract even though your suppose to be month to month?!?!?!?!?!?!?! ( VERY MISLEADING) Also, they should NOT allow minors to sign up without a parent approval....because everyone knows that minors don't read FINE PRINT!!!!!! Very poor business dealings!

Quick to get in and out of. Good assortment of exercise equipment and weights. Clean locker area with room to change if you need. Staff is friendly.

The Good:-The membership cost is on the bottom end of the spectrum for Knoxville-The gym is often nearly empty-The gym has most all of the modern equipment variationsThe Bad:-The gym is very personal training and small group focused, where, at times, half of the gym is occupied by a personal training group-The deluxe membership options were cut, and many of the small group classes were eliminated in Spring of 2017-There are at least 4 different brands of free weights, and they are rarely organized and often mixed in together (which is frustrating for weightlifters)-There doesn't appear to be a gym manager (as of Spring 2017)
