Great community! Thank you for hosting me my month away from home.

At first, I was hesitant to try crossfit. I would drive by daily but never had the courage to go in. I finally got the courage to, and I'm glad I did.1. The coaches are amazing. They are very encouraging and give you the extra push and encouragement you need.2. Everyone is super sweet and nice. They make you feel at home and give you tips like the correct shoes to wear.3. The workouts are mapped out for beginners, intermediate, and advance. If you aren't able to complete the rx, there are different variations, so it's modified/personalized for you.4. The best part is that my overall health has improved!Thank you to my coaches, Mr. Mike, Loree, and Lizzy! Yall are awesome at what yall do!

CrossFit Amis has a great team of instructors who genuinely care. Classes are fun, challenging, and scaled for all fitness levels. You won't find the typical CrossFit stereotypes here, just people who really care about bettering themselves and taking an active interest in each other's progress. Very beginner friendly with some very knowledgeable staff for the more advanced athlete.

CrossFit Amis is an amazing gym with wonderful athletes. Everyone is very welcoming and the owners Mike and Hope are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They keep that gym clean and everything is organized. I love Amis!

I have attended CrossFit Amis for about two years. There is always a welcoming atmosphere. The programming is tough and provides results. The gym is clean and improvements are continuously made to equipment and the overall experience. See you there!

This has been my home gym for almost a year now. I wasn't very excited about fitness and being active until I found this gym. Crossfit is such a great way to get exercise (new workouts every day!) and Amis is like a family. I can't say enough good things about this place!

I started Crossfit Amis in February, this is my 3rd crossfit gym in the area. This has by far been one of my favorite atmospheres. The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable in how to reach my goals, everyone I have met has been so friendly and welcoming. I work 40 hrs a week in a high stress environment and I have a husband and 2 small kiddos at home so this place has become sanctuary, and keeps me motivated to be better for myself and my family.

Mike and his staff are incredible and motivating. The gym is always well kept and the workout session times are very convenient. Always a great workout!
