Finding a place to help you on your journey to being strong and healthy is a tricky business. Simple Method Fitness has a special mix of supportive members and knowledgeable coaches. The focus is fitness for all. Each member is encouraged to decide personal fitness and/or nutrition goals they wish to reach and the coaches help you reach them without judgment. Members are always encouraging each other to succeed.

I joined Cannon Mine 4 months ago. I had gotten into some bad Covid lockdown habits and needed to make some serious changes for my health.With Pablo's help , I was able to get my A1C blood sugar levels from an incredibly high ( and bad) 11.7 down to a normal range of 6.8, allowing me to NOT need a diabetes medication to control it.I am down over 20 pounds in those 4 months and feel great.Do this for you today! I never thought I would belong to a "crossfit" gym, but Cannon Mine Fitness breaks all the molds and is much more than a weightlifting gym. The instructors and coaches are enthusiastic, positive, and all around fun people to hang out with while you move your body for fitness. There is no "working out as punishment" and every activity can be modified for your own needs and concerns. I have fun taking my young daughters there and interacting with members all across the community and age ranges.

Cannon Mine Fitness is a welcoming and friendly community. Crossfit style workout where coaches get to know each individual and are willing to modify workouts to any fitness level and/or injuries. Everyone gets a good workout, from your elite athlete to myself, who is looking to stay healthy, in shape, and maintain muscle as I age.

Cannon Mine is a great gym. They have a friendly and knowledgeable coaching staff that has helped me lose fat, get stronger, and move better in all my physical activities. I really like that the staff is focused on helping everyday folks like me to stay on track and avoid the things that can derail a fitness program.

There are many "gyms" out there to choose from but do those other places really care about your long-term fitness goals? All the coaches at Cannon Mine Fitness are absolutely amazing at making YOUR personal fitness goals a priority. I love Cannon Mine! I have never joined a gym because I'm intimidated by them and I don't know how use all the machines. The sign out front of Cannon Mine says "fitness for all" and they really mean it. The atmosphere couldn't be more welcoming and supportive. The coaches are great at coming up with interesting workouts, explaining them, and encouraging us through them.I highly recommend them to everyone, no matter your age, skills, or fitness level!

Cannon Mine is the place I choose to spend an hour of my time every day after work. The workouts are great - every day is different so things don't get boring. Also, everything can be scaled up or down according to your ability so that everyone in the group is properly challenged at the right level! Classes are a diverse group, from college kids to grandmas, but everyone is so supportive and encouraging!The coaches are the best part. They're very focused on keeping everyone safe and healthy to exercise another day. It's clear they love seeing their members succeed and celebrate right along with them!Great gym with great members and coaches!

Cannon Mine is like a mini family. We have fun while we get ripped! Thecoaches care about you, how you are feeling that day and you level of fitness. There is always a goal for you to shoot for and attain. I always feel safe and challenged. Its one of the best parts of my day.
