Scott is the best there is. Not only is he am exceptional trainer, be he is also a phenomenal role model and person. His work ethic, attentiveness and knowledge in his field are unmatched. All three of my kids (middle-high school) have made huge gains under his guidance.

I was a personal trainer for more than 10 years before finding this facility. I am so picky about who I work with because I want to ensure any personal trainer I work with has the knowledge and ability to ensure I get results (and that my form is correct). The Fitness Edge is my number one recommendation in the area!Whether you do personal training or join their group classes, you will enjoy it, work hard, and become part of a great community!

I love working out at The Fitness Edge. There is a rare balance here with being pushed to work hard and yet it's somehow also super laid back and not competitive. In my 40s, I am now stronger than I ever have been in my life (including when I was doing crossfit).

If you’re looking for a gym and trainer to motivate, encourage, and support you in your fitness journey, this is the place to be. Scott is super knowledgeable, always coming up with different workouts, and has a keen ability to know how much more you can challenge yourself. No matter what stage you’re at, his workouts can be adjusted to suit your abilities. I started here 2 years ago, never belonged to a gym before, and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and the community Scott has created makes me excited to work out every day.

I've been coming to Scott and The Fitness Edge for nearly two years now and the difference in strength and stamina I've gained since joining is night and day. I'm lifting heavier than ever and following it with full speed sprints. Every workout is different leaving you to wonder what new creative (or ridiculous) exercise Scott has come up with that day. The best thing is that all the exercises are scalable so no matter what skill level you come in with or how far you advance, it's always challenging.

For years I attended a HIIT gym in Westminster but it recently went out of business in April 2019 so I was stranded with my normal workout routine but immediately found Fitness Edge and Scott who has brought my workouts to a whole different level increasing my strength and cardio to levels I did not think I could achieve at 37 coming off of an ACL surgery just months before joining. I was immediately welcomed into the culture of the gym and go at least 3 times a week. Scott has classes at all times of the day so it can accommodate your schedule. I would recommend this gym 100%!

This may sound crazy, but I actually LOVE going to work out at The Fitness Edge. I've been going to FE for over 6 years. Scott is so knowledgeable and encouraging. He will push you to your limit but that is what I want. The people who work out there are so friendly. I'll never go anywhere else.

The instructors at the Fitness Edge know how to motivate you. They are super engaging and put together exercise programs that truly work. Since I have been attending the Get Fit workouts, I feel like I have completely transformed the way my body looks and performs. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun, engaging workout program.
