It doesn't have a smoothie bar or offer free pizza nights, but if you want to pump iron, you'll feel at home here.I've worked out at most of the gyms in the area and this is I feel the most at home at.

I've been to truck stop restrooms managed by one eyed hillbillies in rural Georgia that were cleaner than this place. Seriously in the nine months I've been here there are still the same s*** stains on the toilet that have not been cleaned once. Sauna is full of trash.Overall:Still the best gym in the area if you can look past the cleanliness (or lack there of).

It's pretty huge and rarely crowded (even when it is, you'll never find yourself waiting on a machine). And the quality of the equipment is almost always great. If you're serious about it, this place will do you justice. It's a gym, not a hotel, this is more than you'll need. Plus, the staff are truly amazing (seriously). There's even rope-climbing.Also, I'm someone who doesn't like crowded gyms, and in some days, I'm almost alone in there!
