Absolutely love this gym. I'm a new member as of 12/23' and I'm very happy with the membership and the amenities. The steam room and sauna work very well and the overall establishment is very clean. I love the cinema cardio room, it's my happy place.I pay 24.99 for the mid tier membership and the amenities are about the same as the premium. I also opted in to add the additional 15.99 to have unlimited guests when I go.Best deal and gym in Lafayette

I love the gym so far! Everything is clean and the machines work. The sauna is nice. The pool looks older but maybe that can get a deep clean and repainted (the poolLooks stained or just needs more chlorine) other than that it’s great!

I have numerous joint and muscle disorders, and therefore need disabled parking. However, the gym has none. I started asking about the possibility of disabled parking being installed in 2021, and have been promised disabled parking for the next two and a half years. But I can't do another winter with that slippery, crazy parking lot without disabled parking. I have messaged the Facebook, and corporate itself. I also try to talk to a manager whenever I come in to do physical therapy exercises, but there is rarely a manager available, and when there is, I just get a smile, a nod, and a "we'll pass that on to our managers/etc" with no results. I like this gym, but I refuse to put my joint and muscle health in jeopardy again this winter. Parking is already a mess during warmer months, but when the parking lot gets slippery during colder months it gets dangerous. It is just disheartening to feel like my gym doesn't really care about their client's health. I don't want to transfer to another gym, but I will if nothing is done for the third winter in a row.

I love this gym. Awesome environment and great amenities. Never had a gym with massage chairs or red light therapy before so that's a welcomed addition to my gym membership. Staff is very friendly. Great variety of equipment and plenty of free space for picking a spot to do your own workout. The only reason for 4/5 stars is that the mens locker room is in serious need of a cleaning. The showers all have black dirt/grime built up on the floors and its unappealing. I used to own a cleaning business, so my standard is pretty high, but its a cheap and simple solution. Spray a cleaning solution on the floor, wait a few minutes, and then use Mr. Clean Magic Erasers. Wouldn't take more than 5 minutes per shower and it would look wonderfully clean again.Edit: 11/25/23 I knocked a star off because they have a punching bag that is so settled that you'd brake your foot kicking it. Its not that expensive to buy a new bag and then to actually flip it once a week.

Excellent facility, but the staff is what really makes this place stand out. Haven't caught everyone's names, but Ty, Mike, and perhaps Rebecca (?) have been really friendly and helpful, along with all the others who smile and chat and answer questions every day. Also love the fact that there is plenty of equipment so that wait times for machines and dumbells/barbells, benches, etc., are negligent.

I recently joined VASA Fitness and I have to say, I am extremely impressed. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the equipment is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The variety of classes offered is also a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend VASA Fitness to anyone looking for a great gym experience.

I just joined VASA today and attended a studio red class and my experience was great from the second I walked through the door. I was immediately greeted by Josie and told her I wanted to check the place out and potentially sign up for a membership. I confided in her that I have no idea what I’m doing, and have never really been to a gym before and have little to no concept about what working out is as I suffered from anorexia for several years, and only know how to run until I pass out. She gave me a tour of the gym, told me about all the amenities and just really took the time to talk to me about classes which is mostly what I was interested in. She seriously went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I came back 4 hours later for the class and wow what a workout lol. I don’t think I’ve ever been this sweaty. But the instructor took a little extra time to explain everything to me and help me with form and also motivation. I can’t wait to go back already. And seriously? $40 a month for the premium membership? I mean again I have virtually nothing to compare besides prices I saw online, but I was also looking at yoga studios that are double the cost, and they offer yoga classes on top of everything else here. It’s a no brainer.

Very nice gym, I don’t actually care for majority of the staff, they’re somewhat spacy and don’t pay attention or fix a lot of what would seem other places would treat the situations with respect and urgency. This is just my opinion, but some people want to take more photos than lift or text than life or talk than lift. A lot of them are lazy that go in there and you can tell who they are and they probably have more check ins than me. Either way, very nice gym for the price.

I got the membership because of amenities such as steam room and hot tub. Well the first week both the hot tub and steam room were out of order. The steam room is still not back in service! Exercise Equipment is nice but you have to watch for opportunities to use the equipment so it’s hard to say how long a structured workout might take! It’s base on the members and some seem to lingere forever take long rests between sets and not doing much exercise!
