Small-town gym, well kept, not crowded, nice staff. I like that they give you the option of using cloths or paper towels to clean the equipment- there is no shortage of spay bottles with cleaning solution throughout the gym.The space is smaller than places like PF but it lends a comfortable, cozy air to the place. There are all sorts of machines, weights, and workout equipment - everything is in good shape. I really enjoy working out here and feel comfortable and confident doing so.

I enjoy calling this my GYM, it is always clean , Everything is in working order. Nice bathrooms and showers. Staff is friendly. Convenient to our City of Lafayette!
