Been with them about a month now. Wish I found them sooner. The staff is so friendly and professional. Very patient and efficient at explaining and demonstrating the movements. The members are extremely friendly, helpful and encouraging. I love it here

Freddie and Sara are hands down the best, most caring, most knowledgeable coaches in the state of louisiana. But don’t take my word for it — the team’s track record speaks for itself. My girlfriend and I have gone from untrained athletes to state record holding powerlifters. The atmosphere at the gym is what keeps me coming back and loyal to this amazing team — I travel from over an hour away a few times a week just to come to practice, and it’s completely worth it. If you are considering powerlifting or CrossFit, you’d be crazy not to join.

6 months ago I started powerlifting for the first time with this amazing family. In those six months I have added 150 lbs to my total and competed in four meets. I earned 1st place in my weight class and the military/fire/EMT division in 4/4 meets, best overall female lifter in 3/4 meets, and broke five Louisiana state records. My success isn’t unique though, our team always walks away with the vast majority of 1st place medals and overall best lifter trophies. I drive 1.5 hours one way a few times a week just to have the opportunity to train with this incredible team! Coach Freddie has the amazing ability to create efficient and effective programming for people of all ages and experience levels. He is successfully coaching everything from seasoned state record holders to novice teens and 55+ masters. Freddie and Sara are the dream team of coaches and do a fantastic job of creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere to train in. Joining the team was the best decision I ever made hands down and I can’t wait to continue to watch it grow and prosper!

Great instructors, great atmosphere. Began there 3 months ago with no previous crossfit experience. They are very good at helping you safely become aware of healthy body movements. I can't think of a better way to become motivated for an intense one hour workout.
