Love OrangeTheory! I don’t live here anymore (I visit often) but when I did I really enjoyed the waterrower rowing machines and how helpful the employees were! I plan to join a gym as wonderful as OrangeTheory where I am currently.

I love that it’s never the same twice and the way I push myself harder than I ever have with any other program!! I couldn’t run at all when I started OT but now I’m running miles!

I’m not a fan. I’m a home building contractor so I’ve had lots of physical activity over the years and never really delved into burpees and such. Went to 5 am. class and was disappointed. Room is filled to max capacity and that was fine but coach was screaming into mic over blaring music and I’m hearing bits of 10 min. Remember your reps. Make sure you cut reps in half for this block but double this and that on this block. Really confusing if you have never been especially when everyone else seems to be a pro. Coach never came to me once but in her defense she had a full class. I walked out. It’s just not for me. It could be but the way they do it seems not to be for someone who doesn’t understand the system.

Friendly staff, very clean, & always welcomed when I come in for a class. It’s motivating, encouraging and I’ve built friendships of a lifetime. This has been the best investment for me mentally & physically.

The intensity of the workout was astounding! I definitely did not pace myself appropriately, but I gave all I had to give and it felt great. I was impressed with how well Michelle was able to keep track of both groups while aiding individuals as well. I am sore as hell today and that's a win in my book!!! Thank you for having me and I will stop back by anytime I am in town!

Orange theory workouts are proven HIT and they do give you results. This town definitely needed more to choose from than just a gym.Prices are no joke and higher than other orange theory facilities. The same class is throughout the day and repeated so if you want to hit it twice a day forget it. Staff is meh, they are not friendly and don't encourage more memberships.

I really liked the splat points, very rewarding seeing my score compared to others. I hate running but the treadmill circuit wasn’t bad. The base, push and all out was a great way to get me engaged and distracted that I was even running for nearly 20 minutes or however long. I’m sore ALL over! It was great to try something new and switch things up. Coach Laura was great at encouraging and explaining every move. She did amazing running the class! I’m looking forward to joining with my husband soon.
