Simply the best gym in the lake area. Locally owned and operated. They take pride in their equipment and standards. I’m able to train all I could want and more. From free weight to saunas and even the local cryo place stopping by with cryo for gym members. The trainers and classes are all jam packed with fun and results! I love this place, try it with a day pass just call the front desk!

Have been a member of a few different gyms and this one is the one I recommend to anyone looking for a fitness home. Great family like atmosphere. They notice when you miss classes and take the time to learn your name. Facility is clean and they have childcare

This gym is incredible! I kept hearing how nice it is since they redone everything, and I was blown away. State of the art equipment, tons of room, and the whole place is incredibly clean. More expensive than these $15 gyms but so so worth the extra money!

I Like the staff. I personally believe that this gym is the best gym that I have ever been to(Better than Muscle Beach, Gold's gym, World gym). Yes, it's true. The staff has allowed me to recover and I am presently an active member. A quiet facility for escape with a hope of finding something better
