We have no contracts here but we do require a 30 day written cancellation notice. Once we receive that, the membership is cancelled and no longer billed.Our records indicate you froze your account for 3 months due to traveling. I received your 30 day written notice on May 12 and immediately canceled your account. I went ahead and gave you a refund for May even though I received your written notice in May.

If your looking a clean, friendly place, nice equipment, Snap Fitness of Lake Charles is the place. Plus they are a true 24 hour fitness center. Not like a few others in Lake Charles that advertise they are 24 hours and aren’t.

Updated*Was about the only gym that was open back when I got hired in to work in the area after hurricane Laura and Delta. Has good equipment, free weights, pretty much anything you need (definitely not a planet fitness downgrade), and open 24 hours.
