Colorado Krav Maga has been life changing! I love it! Training with COKM has been one of the best decisions I've made. I love the community of people that come together, they're like family. The instructors are full of knowledge, very helpful, and all know how to challenge you and make you laugh in the midst of training. The training is super beneficial. It is challenging and fun. Plus it gives you a great workout, while learning to properly defend yourself!

I have been training at Colorado Krav Maga Lakewood for over a year now and have worked with Naomi and the other awesome instructors and can't say enough about them. The classes can be tough but at the same time they are fun and awesome workouts. Naomi is upbeat, fun, and an awesome instructor and facility coordinator. All the instructors do a great job pushing you to the next level! The great thing about Colorado Krav Maga and all its people is that they don't only teach self defense, they bring people together in different ways, they offer a variety of classes to meet many different needs and goals. and they are always reaching out to help their students as well as the community.

Colorado krav maga is fantastic! I have been going for about 6 months and I love it. It's a great way to stay or get in shape, to relieve stress, to train to defend yourself or others and to feel more confident. The instructors are all fantastic and so are the fellow students. Everyone really makes it feel like a close knit community or family. If you're on the fence about it, you can take the first class for free and decide for yourself. Go for it!

More than self defense classes, it is a lifestyle of awareness and action taught by amazing instructors. Reggie, Lyle, and Tahverlee are strong in teaching technique and in motivating you to push just a little bit further.

If you want to learn how to defend yourself in a comfortable environment this is definitely the place to go. You come here to push your limits and prepare yourself for situations that can happen at almost any time. It may be uncomfortable, but you will walk away from every class with more tools/skills to keep yourself and family safe.If you even think it to be remotely interesting it can't hurt to give it a try.

I got sucked into Krav by my friend and coworker. I happen to like group-oriented fitness that involves learning some kind of skill, and she was constantly talking about Krav like it was the best thing ever. (Spoiler alert: she was right). My friend accompanied me to my first class on the last Wednesday in January, 2018, after work. I was DRAINED and trying to talk myself (and her) out of it. Thank goodness she didn't let me. :)Walking in the door, you're shown a few basics and then you are empowered by the instructor and your classmates to jump right in there with everyone else. Doesn't matter how much or how little you know -- Krav is based on the body's instinctive responses and I truly believe that anyone, no matter their prior training or experience, can get something useful out of class from day one. I walked out of that first class having cleared out all the negativity and can't-help-its and with a ton of energy, feeling like I could conquer the world. I couldn't sign up fast enough to be a member!Fast-forward to May, 2018, and I am preparing to take my first level test. The best part about that is knowing that while I may be preparing for a test, that test and its preparation and Krav in general are preparing me for whatever life throws at me. Get in here and try a class with us -- you won't be sorry!

If you want real world training with people who walk the walk and truly care about their clients and their community, and will treat you like family, then Colorado Krav Maga is hands down where you want to be. If you have any doubts about this program, drop in and take a free class and talk to the students and instructors. All of them will tell you what a great community COKM has created. When I started Krav Maga 4 1/2 years ago, I was a 53 years old, smoked for 35 years and was pretty much in the same shape as a bowl of jello...without the stamina. Since I got hooked, I've trained average of 3 times a week. Now I'm 57 years old in the best shape of my life and KNOW if the occasion ever arises I will do something to protect myself, my family and my community. Plus, I've got a whole new bunch of marvelous friends in the other students and instructors.I was looking for something to help me learn some self defense skills and believe me, Colorado Krav Maga did not disappoint! Beyond the self defense techniques, COKM instills confidence in every client and does everything in their power to help each individual train to reach THEIR potential, physically and mentally. The instructors are incredible and go out of their way to create a real community. They are always eager and energetic when it comes to helping their students. Do yourself, your family and your community a favor and give Krav Maga a shot. You will not be sorry!!!
