I brought my daughter here to find out more about gymnastics in the program that was offered here. She was a little nervous about going in so she decided to peek in the window to take a look inside. A few moments later someone came and pull the shades down while she was looking in. Then they came to the door and asked us not to take offense because she was pulling the shades down because of the sunlight.I'm not sure how to interpret that based on the lack of sun shinning in the window. It's cloudy today.🤔

We asked to take a month off awaiting an opening to an intermediate class. It was communicated to us that we would not be charged, but were charged anyways. We discussed this with the manager, who did not resolve this issue. I wish that we would have known that this was the old twistars before we supported this company with our business.

Google maps have the building in the middle of the road! Took me a awhile to find it. Seems a bit unorganized. I uploaded where google should have the location. Loved the free trial class. We signed up for a class. Haven’t started yet but my 5 y.o had a great time.

Our daughter is a gymnast at Capital City Flips and is so proud to be a member of this gym. We've seen a tremendous growth in her skills and confidence, especially this past year. She has made a lot of great friends and she adores her teammates. Her coaches have been wonderful and we appreciate all they do. As her parents, we love supporting her in something she loves and can't wait to see what she will accomplish! Capital City Flips is a great place for someone looking to explore the sport of gymnastics or someone working toward becoming a champion gymnast!

Our daughter is on the competitive team for CC Flips. She practically lives and breathes gymnastics when not focused on her academics. This gym, her coaches, and her teammates have provided her with a safe and supportive environment to develop athletically and personally.
