I've been going to jet Fitness for a while JJ and I have developed a friendship in addition to his instruction. JJ is all around great guy good teacher benefits of his teaching and instruction include Fitness and weight analysis. meal nutrition plan. Personal guidance and weight training. Great facility, even better trainers. I walk out a better version of myself than when I walked in, every time. Boxing, weight training, cardio, yoga, fit for all levels of athleticism. Very welcoming and encouraging environment, with trainers that will push you to be your best self.

Had such a killer workout with Justin! He was so motivating but also patient with me. This was my first workout with boxing incorporated into it & I can’t wait to come back and do it again. Highly recommend for all levels of fitness.

100% recommend. After looking into several local gyms in the area, I gravitated towards Jet Fitness based on their Google reviews. Based on the reviews that I read, it sounded like I wouldn’t be just a dollar sign and another “number” and they weren’t wrong.I don’t feel like they’re just moving me through my session to me get in and out, check a box, and then move on to their next client to do the same. They see each of us as individuals, they listen to our goals, they take the time to custom create the personal training session, and they check-in throughout the session to see how you’re doing.I just completed my seventh training personal session. I started seeing physical change after roughly my third visit. I maintain my nutrition on my own outside of my training. That’s definitely an important aspect of achieving your physical goals.My endurance has increased, I’m stronger, I am improving my eye-hand coordination, and I find my workouts to be stress-relieving. My career often leaves me mentally exhausted and I appreciate a work-out that requires me to give my full mental focus in the moment (this allows me to forget about everything else that’s on my mind) and it leaves me physically whooped.Look no further, you have found your gym.
