From the moment I walked in, and was stared down by staff like I’m in the wrong place or something. To being ‘talked to’ for my language ( which I’m still unsure of what was even said since me and my GF probably spoke 5 words to each other …

Small area to try to swim, mostly had laps used by older folks. Then 20 people trying to share a very small side of the pool. We called ahead & they said we could pay $20. for a family day pass. We got there and the attendant said they were …

Honest review of Parkwood YMCA: My husband and I became members in March of 2019 and just recently canceled our membership in June of 2019. Overall we had a good experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I liked how they offer many different exercise classes. We tried both yoga and spin classes for a month and really enjoyed them. Our instructors were fantastic. My two suggestions for improvement would be more attention to cleanliness of the locker rooms/showers and more ventilation in the weight room in particular. I know this a busy gym, and its not going to smell like roses, but there were several times the weight room and surrounding halls smelled so terrible, we had to leave. (Like sewage back-up terrible.) I also understand that the locker room gets a lot of foot traffic, but the floors and lockers were always littered with gobs of hair and debris. Ultimately, we left because of the cost. $80 a month is a lot of money for us right now, and we also had to pay extra fees for the classes, which were not included with the membership. Considering we only used the cardio and weight room and no other services, it was not worth the cost for us. We decided we could still get a quality workout at home for free and canceled our membership.

Classic Y. It has different gym rooms with a lot of activities. Usually I go to swimming pool there since it is not a lot of people in the afternoon.. you can rent a towel and use sauna.. but area could be cleaner and some of the showers don't work.

I love the fact that they do keep the kids busy. They do more field trips than any other camps I know. I would like to see more hands on as for gardening and more physical high energy activities in the daily planning. 2018 update. This year …

I love this place. The swimming pool is kept to around 85 F. I recommend goggles since the water is salty. The Y is smaller than the planet fitness, but provides excellent resources to get into shape as well as having tot watch so my daughter can be cared for as I do the different fitness classes.

My children received scholarships and a discounted camp rate for 2 weeks of Camp Pa-Wa-Pi this year. When I called a month in advance to cancel, because of an employment opportunity, they refused to refund me the $40/child/week that I …

Great facility, amazing staff! Quality classes and very affordable for all the offerings. Their staff truly cares and goes above and beyond to help you find the right programs for your needs, so you get the most out of personal training/classes/programs. Great facilities for summer camp as well. Highly recommend taking a tour and learning more about their programs. It's like a cross fit studio, yoga studio, pool, camp facility, gym, track, personal training, and more all combined into one so you can't get bored. Their massage therapy is better than all the spas I have been to, as well, and better priced! Loved it there and very sad I moved away :-(
