I am a very busy person and what I love most about Pure Barre is I can get an amazing workout in 55 minutes. I am retired ballet dancer with bad knees and the Pure Barre technique has significantly helped strengthen them again. I love using my knowledge and love for dance, music and working out all in one. Pure Barre is a different experience every class i go to and that’s why i love it! For a girl who regularly works out but doesn’t consider herself dance savvy, PB offered me a different dynamic outside my normal workout routine that pushes my limits without feeling impossible. The instructors explain each move well so I could easily follow along. The results have been amazing and I recommend it it anyone looking for that non-boring, out of the box workout that’s fun and challenging at the same time.

Pure Barre is an amazing workout experience! Using your own body's resistance, you'll be surprised by how challenging the work is. Pure Barre is a low impact, but high intensity work out that creates dramatic change in you body. The studio is clean, and all equipment is provided for you at each class- all you need to bring is a water bottle and pair of socks to wear in the studio. Music plays throughout the entire class, keeping you energized and in the zone. The instructors are great and and create a welcoming and supportive environment. Knowing each client by name, they have a way of motivating you through the class and acting like a personal instructor. I have recommended pure bare to several of my friends, and now they're hooked!
