Great gym and awesome staff. I enjoy it everything I go to workout. Even on times when I have to take my son with me. The childcare staff is great and very attentive to my son's need. Thank you Ms Angie for making his time spent there a great one. Awesome place and very convenient. Overall awesome place and staff.

This is the best gym in Laredo. My kiddos LOVE the daycare facility and staff. Angie, Rosie, & Karla a do a FANTASTIC JOB. My kiddos never want to leave. I always workout in peace because they are in GOOD hands. The rest of the staff on the floor always greet you and make you feel encouraged to keep going to the gym. My personal trainer ISRAEL keeps me motivated and in check. I’m so happy I decided to join this gym.

The Woman’s gym is very well equipped and all the employees are kind and helpful, well versed on all kinds of information regarding fitness! 10/10!

I went in to see how the gym membership works and to take a look at the machines, Julie helped me and showed me around. I hope to see her there on my return.

Really clean. The most machines ive seem at a gym. All the equipment i needed was ordered. And the receptionist Alex was really friendly and nice

Love it here! Huge plus is the kids club. The kids have so much fun, and Rosie and Angie are the best! 100% recommended!

I don’t worry about my kids because they love to come to the gym and play at the daycare.. and it’s a very good gym.❤️
