Older lady with long grey hair just made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience for asking for help, cutting me off while I was describing what I was looking for and speed walking away from me to show me where it was. Then after I found my product and went to the cash register I could hear her talking to another employee about how annoying some customers are when they can’t find things…. Please retrain her on your company’s standards for customer service….

I walked in the door and never being their reports huge store with everything in it at but they were right there to help myself and put it in my car it was great they were really good to me

I have my favorite people here that I prefer to work with. CJ is the primary one. She is dedicated and even got me to apply for their credit card. To which i got approved to my surprise.They have had good amounts of sporting goods that i look for. Only gripe, i was looking for 52-300 slow pitch softballs and they didn't have any. I play league nights and would like to buy some so i can go out and get some batting practice in even if the guy who has a bucket of them cant make it.All in all, its an amazing store and everyone greets you and will ask if you need help. Love the customer service there!Give CJ a raise too!

Just about a one stop shop for all your needs! A little expensive, but sometimes you can get lucky and find a great deal! Great sportswear! I will say customer service usually lacks, but they have gotten a lot better recently!
