Decent facility, decent equipment. The management and employees couldn't be any nicer. They always seem eager to be the best, help their patrons achieve their best, and foster growth at the university by hosting/ fostering endeavors put in front of them by the university and the community. Keep striving for excellence!

CU student here since Aug 2015. Every time I visit here I never had no issue whatsoever. I personally love this place compare to the other gyms in town. Yes it's not open 24\7 like a few places are but I never felt like I'm being judge. I just don't like how small the track is but it's still a track you can walk or jog on. Not ideal for running because of the sharp turns. They have weight equipment, basketball court, pool and a few other things as well. They also have a locker room and showers as well. (Since I haven't been inside lately I'm not sure if the locker rooms are open or not since the pandemic we were\still are in). A place where you don't feel like you are being judge for whatsoever reason is the perfect place for me.

Lovely gym. Otis, the manager is very helpful and the staffs are friendly. I always had a good time in the Rec Center. Two full sized basketball court, a swimming pool, two pingpong table, three racket ball court and running track are some of the many facilities it provides for the Cameron staffs and students. Beside that it runs several health and physical activities classes.

It has everything one would want at a school gym. It has free weights, machines, two aerobics/ yoga areas, 6 fitness classes (including Spin, Barre Fitness, Zumba, and Water Zumba), a basketball court, racquetball courts, and a swimming pool. It is kept extra clean by student workers, and also there are treadmills, a row machine, and elliptical machines.

There is an indoor track and a pool which is great but I'm pretty sure you need to be a student to use this gym. The staff is not always the friendliest because they are college students so they are not always welcoming. Other than that it's a nice facility.
