This studio is the real deal. Stephanie is amazing. She makes modifications for your needs, every person is different. I was welcomed by Stephanie and the students. No judgment. You, your mat, and a very knowledgeable Stephanie make any day super.

Omg! What a dream. A real yoga studio in Lawton!! The best I’ve found thus far!!! Hatha, yin and vinyasa. Clean and tidy the whole thing is a real experience from walking in to leaving. They treat everyone with respect and all the men and women are amazing.I love that she offers other services as well, such as reiki and the salt room. I haven’t participated in reiki yet but the salt room is cozy and relaxing. I felt so refreshed and grounded, will definitely rebook!!Our kids take Stephanie’s yoga trapeze class as well and it’s been the best extracurricular activity!! Stephanie is a certified teacher as well so she is so great with our kids! To top it all off she’s affordable as well ♥️🤗

My kids take yoga trapeze here, what an awesome experience. Its not just about the yoga but the teachers helps them with learning breath work and regulating their emotions. Its been an all around experience!! Cant wait to see this place growMy wife and i have enjoyed the salt room on numerous occasionsand are never disappointed, weve signed up for the next "unwined" event and are anxiously awaiting!!Will yry to update.

Absolutely love this studio! They are welcoming and accommodating for all skill levels. They also offer trapeze yoga, energy work, reflexology, and halotherapy!

I was so excited to have a yoga studio open so close to where I live. I was even more excited after meeting Steph and Sarah! Yoga trapeze is my favorite - Steph is so helpful and encouraging, and makes class fun! Attended my first Yin Yoga class today and loved it, can’t wait to do more!

Great facility! Stephanie is so sweet and knowledgeable. She is very accommodating for injuries can help modify poses to make sure everyone is successful. I would definitely recommend taking a class.
