AnyTime Fitness in Hickman has been so very helpful in my own personal health. Kris was assigned to me for developing a workout specifically designed for me. I was hesitant in the beginning as I was concerned I would be full of aches after working out HOWEVER, because Kris was knowledgeable regarding my needs as a woman over 70, I can say I was never sore or regretful in fact, my strength has been increased to be able to work on our acreage and play with grandchildren. I highly recommend AnyTime in Hickman as the facility is clean, full of sunlight in the day and well organized.

Been going here since it opened. Friendly staff, clean facility, and the owners/staff care about their members and the local community. Also very military friendly as well as compassionate.

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Make you feel comfortable and easy to talk to. Clean environment. Lots of different equipment. Owner practices what she preaches and is totally invested in health and the success of her clients and business

Started working out here about mid March. Decided that I'd see how a personal trainer would be about 2 weeks into my membership. Not only do they keep up the gym in terms of cleanliness, but they do one hell of a job making it a point to get to know you, laugh with you and encourage you to hit whatever goals you've expressed to them. I use Kris as my personal trainer and at first, I was skeptical as I have been lifting for a large part of my life. But he listened to my goals and designed an amazing workout that pushes me everyday and keeps me wanting more! Needless to say, I'm recommending the gym and it's staff to everyone who wants to talk fitness!! Thanks guys!!!

Just signed up. Not too busy, friendly staff and although I wish it had a tad more equipment it is everything I need for now. Owners are nice as well.

Convenient and beyond adequate for your workout needs! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and they keep the gym in tip top shape! The gym has everything to get your health on track and they continue to improve and add equipment as needed for everyone!
