I have been a member of AF in south Lincoln for several years!!! I have had great success with sessions with all the trainers there. They are prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic. The gym is always clean and the staff is friendly and happy to help you with any questions. They offer great small training sessions as well as one on one training sessions- so you can tailor your training to your desire/needs. The price monthly is tough to beat with all the great amenities!!!!! I would recommend this gym to anyone solely based on the amazing staff!!!!

This is by far the best gym I have been a member of. The staff is friendly and helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the gym is well kept and clean. They really care about their members and it shows!! I highly recommend this gym!

The facility is very nice and spacious. However, bring noise cancelling headphones as the music is always blasting and the lead trainer will always be talking extremely loud to anyone she encounters to the point that you can still hear her WITH noise cancelling headphones. It will definitely disrupt your workout.Also, the trainers regularly walk around with no shoes on and I have yet to ever seen one of them wipe down any equipment, whether working out alone or working with a client.If those gripes don't bother you though the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
