This is by far the best gym I have been a member of. The staff is friendly and helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the gym is well kept and clean. They really care about their members and it shows!! I highly recommend this gym!

The facility is very nice and spacious. However, bring noise cancelling headphones as the music is always blasting and the lead trainer will always be talking extremely loud to anyone she encounters to the point that you can still hear her WITH noise cancelling headphones. It will definitely disrupt your workout.Also, the trainers regularly walk around with no shoes on and I have yet to ever seen one of them wipe down any equipment, whether working out alone or working with a client.If those gripes don't bother you though the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Went here yesterday, but I normally go to Beatrice. My key fob didn’t work, the guest entrance was locked, it was during business hours (4:30 pm on a Thursday) and I called 3 times. No answer. I called my location in Beatrice, even she called and got no answer. At least my gym in Beatrice has nice staff. This one on 27th? Seems like they don’t really care. I mean, you put business hours on a door, but can’t answer the phone or have your guest entrance unlocked? Really kind of lazy. Don’t think I’ll be back at this location. But absolute props to the Beatrice location!!
