I came to Fitness Together for general strength and balance improvement. As a bonus result I found that my bone density results had improved and I no longer exhibit signs of osteoporosis. The trainers make me work but I have positive results to show for the effort.

My name is Richie when I came to fitness together 2 years ago with my wife sherry I was way over weight at 345. I was looking for support and motivation because I was at a breaking point. I found that here the team helped me with nutrition and excellent work outs to get me jump started, now I have reach a weight of 225 and I feel great and maintain it thanks to the trainers at ft. The FT staff team has great energy and are very supportive. I love that each pack class with Mike is different, and steadily more challenging. He takes the time to advise of form and has overall been very supportive. I've taken one class with Kiki and also felt the class had great energy and attention to achieving targeted form. I am new to the program, but the six classes I've been to so far have been great. The cardio and nutrition staff are also quick to offer support, feedback and suggestions. Overall a great place to help individuals customize programs to reach their personal goals.
