Fly is my favorite place in town. It never matters what class I go to, I always find myself taking a deep breath and forgetting about everything else the minute I get there.The Fly crew and instructors are the most kind and genuine people I know, and I've come to know and befriend many of the other clients that show up on the same schedule. I even used to only frequent HIIT classes (which are great, btw!!) until another client asked me to come with them to cycle too. There's 0 judgement on anyone's experience level - we're all there to listen to good music and move our bodies and have fun. I always feel so taken care of when I'm there, and this is all why I will talk to anyone and everyone about Fly who will listen.If you're reading this and have never been, I promise it'll be the best thing you do for yourself today. ✨

Love the energy in this studio. Staff is great and every instructor I've had so far is awesome. Plus, it's a killer work out. Cycle is hard, but every class I get better & better! 10/10

Love being a member, SOLNK has a great amoumt of classrs and i cant wait to try the pilates i hear such good things about. Always feel comfortable and stronger when i leave!

Downtown location is my go-to during the week because it's close to where I live, work and go to school. But I love going south on the weekends, especially for lift 45 on Saturday mornings. Great class--super challening. Lots of parking. Near rock'n'joe for afters! Awesome place!
