Great no frills (well, some frills—there’s an infrared sauna that’s pay per use) gym. This review is primarily for JJ Smith, one of the trainers there. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to get stronger or anyone looking to improve their well being. He works hard for his clients and goes above and beyond. I’ve made enormous improvements in my strength and health since working with him.

I can’t say enough great things about Club Fit! I have been going to this gym periodically over the past 3 years and have had a great experience! Friendly staff, great trainers, great environment and just an all around great gym!I recently starting training with Wayne Bashay @Club Fit and it was the decision I ever made! I wanted someone to hold me accountable and push me! He has done that! Down 20lbs and still grinding! Bashay is consistent and has the knowledge and experience to get you where you need to be!Jake (owner) has done a fantastic job managing and running the gym! He always greets you with a smile and is very personable. If you are looking for a gym Club Fit is where you want to be!

Junk weights and equipment definitely nice they let you work out for free the first time showed us it was not worth a monthly membershipUpdate :after response from jake snowden.i definitely have the correct gym you dont even have a front desk so yea i walked in and was told i could try out the gym yes the equipment is junk theres even a tanning bed in a room from the 70s it looks like a nuclear bomb.you have sleds made out of 2x4s. The gym is not cleanly at all. They have the old fan wheels on the bikes and thers a section where the gym has personal training thats the only nice area of the gym.I assure you Im a legitimate reviewer! Take criticism dont mislead people to your dump of a gym.

Club Fit is by far the best overall gym!The best selection and variety of equipment to get any kind of workout you are looking for. The entire staff and members are friendly. In all honesty, I've been a personal trainer at Club Fit since Jan 2021, so I'm a little biased. But I've been personal training since 2003, I've trained clients in six different gyms (in Texas and Arkansas) during my career and Club Fit is the total package.Jake is a great owner and genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the door. There are so many options for all members to reach their goals with whatever workout style they like from personal training to small group training to boot camp style workouts. They've got a big selection of machine weights, free weights and functional style training and kettlebells. No other gym in Little Rock has this much variety. If having a gym that cares about you and helping you reach your health and fitness goals, then you need to try Club Fit!

Club fit is amazing! I travel for work but also had a vacation I wanted to get fit for and I gave this gym a try for a few months. As a person that never goes to the gym I was nervous at first but the gym is very friendly, it’s not huge but not small either, it’s honestly very perfect and cozy with all the right equipment, and I felt very comfortable when I would go, there was never anyone intimidating or anyone judging you. I used their personal training with Missa and had amazing results! Within a few months of going 4x a week for about 30 minutes to an hour I was able to get in the best shape I’ve been in since I had my two year old, and was able to fit back into my pre-pregnancy jeans!!! The owner is very friendly, the entire staff is very welcoming! I learned to use so much equipment I’ve never used before and gained confidence in my workout and myself! I definitely miss this gym!!

I was in Little Rock for business and was looking for a gym close to the office. Clubfit is ideally located in downtown. It’s clean, spacious and has all one needs for a good workout. And it is open 24 hours!!! Loved training here

I’d like to take a moment to share how much I enjoy this gym. The atmosphere is really great. Even though it’s downtown, it’s very convenient to access. Regardless of the time of day that I come (usually early morning and sometimes evenings), they’re extremely friendly. Equipment is in great shape and well maintained - better than any of the gyms I’ve been to in the Little Rock area. Fellow gym goers are there to put in the work and are courteous to one another. Thanks for making it such a great destination to take care of ourselves!

I loved my time at Club Fit. They have something for just about every fitness style, and they are located downtown, which is very convenient for me. I have always found the staff helpful and accommodating, and I appreciate how the gym is constantly upgrading their offerings to meet the needs of its clientele. I have never tried their group exercise classes, but they are always energetic and usually packed during peak hours. Definitely worth it!

I really like this gym. The rates a reasonable, and if you go a lot, a bargain. It is kept relatively clean, and the owner/management is friendly and straight forward. It is only rarely "crowded".There are just a few knits to pick. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of a rack. There is only a smith machine. This is less than ideal if squats enter into your workout. Considering that there is an over abundance of single work out cable circuit machines, this really needs to be addressed.Additionally, there is a the typical problem of gym etiquette. Most of the members here are beginners or casual and I don't blame them. The resident trainers, I have noticed are very bad. Even when they are training someone, they leave equipment lying out (sometimes in main pathways) and never put it back, they don't wipe down upholstered equipment, and they rarely rerack weight. On more than one occasion witnessed a trainer instructing someone in step-up type drills on an upholstered bench, even though there are several other apparatus designed for stepping up available. I would also like to see shoes be mandatory and I would like to see all posted rules be enforced.I realize the bulk of this is negative, but I really do like the gym. When they add a rack, I'll say five stars for sure.
