Gym is large with plenty of machines but is realllly dirty and is always really crowded

Staff does not clean up the gym at all. Weights are everywhere, dirty paper towels are everywhere, showers are disgusting. Take your money to a small gym with owners who care.

I recently renewed my membership, but I'm very disappointed. The am group classes were. so popular. Now there is only 1 am body pump class during the week. There are lots of machines that are not in working order. Thumbs down!!

Trash everywhere. Weights don’t get re-racked. Employees seem to be hiding, I never see them on the second floor. Worst 24 I’ve ever been to. (All of this just from today, so tired of this)

The disabled guy at front desk is great, as is the blonde trainer. However, other reviews on here are valid.The 'bot response from corporate is a nice touch.

They need to hire people for cleaning.A lot of equipments to use but poor cleaning.

Got my lock broken at the males locker room and my cash and credit card taken.

I go to this location everyday but because of Tasha the lady that works there I had a bad experience and don’t feel like going back there, because she is so rude and makes me wait just to check in. She is very mean and my stuff got stolen and she did nothing instead said that that’s not her responsibility for stolen stuff. She interrups me in ever conversation that I have with the any of the crew members. Just a bad experience with her being there. She goes to another level to annoy me. Since then I would just go to the other location. If Tasha stops working there I would go back. The showers are dirty if I say anything she makes me wait and says that’s not her job it’s just a problem when she is there.

Decent facility. Some machines are broken but large place with alot of equipment. Sometimes a little dirty but good enough for a decent price.

Dirty, no towels, no way to reach corporate office.
