Probably one of the best decisions I have made as a parent is to put my daughter in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the young age of 5. I can't say enough great things about Charles, Ruiry and the coaches at the Livermore and Tracy locations. They really care about each students' BJJ journey and know all the kids by name. If you seen the amount of kids in the classes you would know that's an accomplishment in itself. After 1.5 years of training, my daughter's confidence in herself has grown tremendously and the best part, she's extremely physically fit from her training. The techniques taught are applicable to real world situation and the kids learn respect and discipline. This is a great investment in my childrens' future.
