Started taking my son here from another gym after a free trial class. Sensei Darlynson is very enthusiastic and passionate about training Jiu-Jitsu. I like the structure and respect he holds himself and the gym to. My son got into Competition BJJ so i looked for a gym to support that aspect for him. The high level of trainning Sensei provides, is what made me move my son here and he really enjoys it. I would highly recommend this gym for your kids or for an adult wanting to learn. It's a great environment to learn BJJ and the other opportunities they provide.

I cannot say enough great things about this business. I am so impressed by Mr. Lira and the integrity in which he operates.He not only treats his students with the utmost respect EVERY SINGLE DAY, but he does the same for all the adults and siblings who come to observe. He takes the time to say hello and check-in after class every day. And it is not superficial at all. This man actually listens and engages.There is no way you could go wrong by having your child learn from him.If you have any doubt, stop by and I guarantee you will see what I am talking about.

I can't even begin to say how awesome it is to train at Darcio Lira. As an actively training BJJ blue belt, I was invited to train under Sensei Lira and I was just blown away by his wisdom and prospered my training under his tutelage. The people and students training at Darcio Lira are really friendly and welcoming. Everyone enjoys training together as we constantly encourage each other to push beyond our limits to become better. If you're an adult actively training or beginning in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, this is the place to elevate your game to the next level. My kids started coming to this place in 2017. They were nervous at first but the sensei was very patient and calming. We were encouraged to come back again for their 2nd free class. After their second class we decided to sign them up and they have been enjoying the classes ever since. This school has helped boost the kids confidence and self esteem so much. The atmosphere is family oriented, which is another plus. I myself joined about a year later and still continue to train. We train together which has been a great bonding experience. Dropped in for a few BJJ classes while I was in the area. Decent mat space, good people, and good rolls. Instruction was good and the head coach was very welcoming.

Everyone is so friendly and inviting. I love the variety of people (men and women) and classes they have. I go to the gi and no gi jiu jitsu class, and the cardio kickboxing class. I have been training here for almost 5 years and as a girl starting jiu jitsu i was a little nervous, but even on my first jiu jitsu class I felt like I already fit it with everyone. Everyone here is very supportive and encouraging inside and outside of the gym. It really does become like a second family!

Good location and great instructors. They're very patient and good at explaining not only to adults but especially to the children. I'm very impressed and happy with the results. Been taking my 5 year old son here for a while now and he loves it and my 4 yr old can't wait till he turns 5 so he can start rolling too. I like the structure and the vibe of the gym. Sensei and his team are doing a great job. I highly recommend
