I am very new to yoga, and a friend of mine recommended this studio. I have been to a couple classes, but today, I was REALLY impressed with Yanee's Ashtanga, and it sold me on the studio from here on out. It's a challenging class, but she was so encouraging and helped me with my form multiple times throughout the class. Her fun personality and encouragement really helped keep the positive mindset. Additionally, the authenticity of this class is incomparable. I'm not a yogi, but I long to be after today! LOVE this place!

The facility is impeccably clean and welcoming. Every inch of the lobby is filled with intention - from the touches of greenery up high to the toe-warming foot domes down low. The owner is a wealth of knowledge about the healing benefits of salt and gave me a tour of all the different therapies and rooms they offer. For my first visit, I did the salt bed and it was incredibly soothing for a stiff hip joint that has followed me around for a few years now. The pain left in minutes and somewhere in there I must have dozed off, because it felt like no time at all had passed, and yet I felt as refreshed as a full night of sleep. Run, walk, or wheel your way there!

My first class at Breathe Yoga Salt was over 2 years ago and I frequent this studio often. The facility is beautiful, clean, serene, and has the added benefit of halotherapy to aide with respiratory issues. Reyna is an amazing instructor who helps guide you through your yoga practice in a calm, intuitive way. I love that she holds such a strong value for the breathwork of yoga, that is sometimes forgotten in today's "Western way" of yoga. The mind, body, spirit connection felt here is great and I always leave class feeling rejuvenated and at peace 😌

It's a long drive for me to get there but it's so totally worth it! The yoga classes cater to all levels and abilities, plus the halotherapy during class makes you feel amazing afterwards. The salt floors are heated in the winter to make you feel warm and cozy. They also have amazing community classes and workshops. Highly recommend!!

I live only a quarter mile away from this place and had been so excited to try it when construction began in January. I finally went to my first class a month ago with Laurie and it was truly life changing. The staff was so very kind and gave me a full tour. The facility is impeccably clean- which is very important to me. The atmosphere really does help ease your mind and stress and I felt the effects up to days afterwards. I bought a class/ lounge package today and am looking forward to more opportunities to be in this space! P.S.- if you are worried about cost as a barrier, they run really good specials and your first class is GENUINELY free (no gimmicks!) Plus, they host monthly open houses by donation and other cool affordable workshops. All I will say is try it out- you have nothing to lose.

Salt lounge was excellent! The yoga was pretty good, however, the room was chilly and very bright and distracting since it has multiple store front windows.Would be far more relaxing if the windows were covered completely and the room was warmer. Some of the best yoga classes I’ve taken are VERY DIM lighting (almost none) and often have battery operated candlelight. It’s far more relaxing and easier to “get in the right frame of mind” when the temperature is warmer and lighting is soothing rather than bright and distracting by seeing cars and people go by the glass windows.

I liked the salt lounge, but my favorite thing is the yoga! I love that the halogenerators create a sort of white noise during class and the floor is made of salt, so that’s unique (and pretty to look at while holding those balancing poses). It is ALWAYS clean when I go and they have everything you need for yoga. The instructors are so friendly and approachable if you have any questions. I’ve been to other places and felt a little out of place, but I feel comfortable with every instructor I’ve had here. I like that everyone makes an effort to get to know you and even remember your name. The owners are kind and welcoming. It has been a wonderful experience and I’m so happy I found this place!
