I highly recommend trying F45. The staff really knows what they're doing, they're all very motivational and knowledgable about the different workouts. The workouts are extremely efficient, and the team atmosphere is awesome. Everyone should give it a try, regardless of your level of fitness. Best workouts I have ever done!

Definitely recommend F45 Training North Livonia to everyone regardless of age or abilities. This is personal training in a group setting. All exercises can be modified. A big shout out to Sonya and Anna for all the modifications/instructions this week. Different workouts daily. Very motivating and energizing. Great community of people. Give it a try!

Absolutely the best workouts out there . The staff is amazing , coaches push you to be the best version of you , clean , safe environment.I have been working out for years now and made the switch recently to F45 , best decision ever made . I have seen results in less than a month that I have been trying to see for years now .Thank you F45 North Livonia for keeping me healthy ,strong and looking my best .
