My Time Women Fitness

This is an Awesome Gym for women! I have been a member for over 10 years and this place keeps getting better. The instructors are all very professional and experienced especially Helen the owner. I very much appreciate the attention to the members as they make sure we are moving correctly to get the most from our workouts. I love the variety of classes they offer as they are all fun and challenging. The Gym is super clean and the staff is very friendly. I have made some very good friends here because everyone here is very supportive, helpful and friendly. It's just a great place to work out and feel good about yourself. I highly recommend you come out and check it our yourself, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Mytime close to four years. I’ve been to many gyms before this one and can confidently say none have given me the comfort and support I have felt here.The owner is kind and extremely passionate about her work which is represented throughout all aspects of the gym. The staff are phenomenally sweet and helpful. The gym is always clean, which was a big deal for me and a huge contrast to other gyms.The environment is safe and welcoming which makes it so much more enjoyable to be a part of. I’ve accidentally left so many things in the lockers/bathrooms and can peacefully know it’ll be in safe hands with the front desk until I get back.The class instructor are very knowledgeable and know how to adjust their classes to each individual despite their workout level.They have an amazing 24 hr system, that has made it easy for me to come in during early mornings or late nights to workout without having to compromise time out of my working day.Overall, I truly love this gym and think it’s a place any women who wants comfort and security, while still having the best equipment, and workout classes should be apart of. :)

Super unprofessional. Supposed to be a place of uplifting and empowering women, but the employees & members get degraded constantly from staff/owner.

So far I have taken 2 classes and enjoyed them both. I am joining this gym next week

This place is stuck with me for good! The instructors instruct and educate the members. It's more than just a gym and workout class. Women building up other women. Women challenging and pushing other women to reach higher and work harder!

Helen the owner is fantastic! She actually listens to customer requests, provides a wide variety of classes suitable for all, and has kept us safe thru covid. I'm so happy to have found this place! Super reasonable pricing as well!!

I’ve always struggled to find the right gym for me but My Time Women Fitness was perfect in so many ways. Everyone is so kind and i feel comfortable since it’s all girls, they taught me how to use each equipment properly, and all the classes are so much fun and they really push you to your goal.

The owner is very professional. I've been a member for 7 years & love the Zumba classes.The price is great and classes are included in the membership. They have lots of different fitness classes to offer.There is something for everyone.

I have been a member of several gyms, and none of them come close to the quality of MTWF. I have been a member for a little over a year and have come to look at the staff and members as a kind, caring, and welcoming family. From the wide variety of classes (included in membership) to the ample cardio machines, there is something for everybody. Helen and her staff are so welcoming and very happy to help! During COVID shutdowns, they were quick to find alternative ways to keep members moving, and during my pregnancy they were so helpful with supplying modifications for workouts. Finding this absolute GEM of a gym has been a key component of my fitness journey, and I strongly recommend it to any woman looking for a gym to call home!
