24 Hour Fitness

DIRTY‼️‼️‼️‼️ I was about to renew my membership, but the place was filthy!!!!!!!! I am disappointed because I thought I found a good one. I can’t even describe how dirty it was. Smelled like pee throughout the entire facility. Like are people walking through just peeing everywhere???Pool had stuff in it, steam room had filth on top of filth. Shower had whole locks of hair in it. Got in the hot tub. Big cloud of brown dirt floated by. I’m just so skeezed out right now. Grossssss.And just about every 24hr near me is dirty like this.

I had been going to this location for YEARS! I stayed there even after the pandemic, I always tried to ignore the employee’s HORRIBLE attitude towards members, I also ignored the fact that the gym was always dirty and the locker rooms were always disgusting. The last drop to fill my cup was definitely the new parking regulations they came up with. I canceled the membership and it is the BEST decision I’ve made with my fitness goals. I signed up for a much better fitness center! 24 Hour Fitness does not care for members, they show ZERO respect and empathy for our business with them! I’m so happy I will not go back there again!

I have knee surgery and use the JAQUZZI for extra therapy I go in and sit there with the jets hitting my knee …. Had a member tell me with a bit of attitude if I wanted to sit on the hydraulic chairs or on 1 of the benches that are there …

Went to redeem 3day pass but person on the reception asked us to come back another day as it was 8pm on Sunday and person who does that was not there. Bad experience that too on first day when we just wanted to compare LA fitness with 24hr …

LOWLIFE TRASHY "MEMBERS" going after your hard/sweat belongings! BE CAREFUL...staff is pretty much hopeless! truth and sad , everyone should call corporate office, NEEDS MANY IMPROVEMENTS

The pool bleach was on point but the jacuzzi edges was with black mold and I didn't see that object to take the dirty bubbles out, the shower next to the pool was full of flies all over the walls i didnt use the machines or anything els …

Truly the most disgusting gym I’ve ever witnessed. Even on a weekend when it’s nearly empty. It’s inexcusable how filthy this place is. …

On the afternoon of May 12 mens room was an absolute disaster with no toilet paper available in any of the stalls, instead it was all over the floor. Management really needs to make sure the bathrooms are getting clean more regularly.

Why is 24h Fitness is not open 24h? I walked over for my much needed workout after a long week on Saturday afternoon. The parking lot was empty and then I found a sign at the door stating the gym is closed on 5/13. This was very disappointing and I haven't received any notification about it, neither per email nor phone.
