I got a membership trying out for 10 days and I didn't like it, came in and canceled, got traded bad and then I got charged extra on my credit card on file, DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD am going to report them

Old broken down equipment, only 2, 8 lb. Medicne balls to be found, stability balls need to be inflated and not everyone is made for the medium size balls. Get some of the larger ones for us folks who are 6' tall.

They have been closing other 24s in the area..forcing more people to one location. That's business - I get it. What I don't get is that they didn't increase the amount of exercise equipment at the remaining locations. At non peak hours there are not enough treadmills, and (at least) 6 are non functional. At peak hours this place is a nightmare. Would not recommend to a friend.

Personal trainer Nick is the best! I highly recommend training with him. They also have a pretty good class schedule and a fair amount of workout equipment. I've never had to wait for a machine for more than a few minutes.

Standard 24 hour super sport, no complaints so far.Please note, the entrance is in a different location than it used to be. (it's in the middle, on the parking lot side)It's been a while since they upgraded to a super sport, but it threw me for a loop the first time I went back.Open 24 hours.

What I like here is Free Wifi but lakewood and Cerritos super sport not yet . Would give this place 3.0 to 3.7 .watch your head when your going in tranior area if your very tall it's only thru like 6ft 2 or 6 3 . sauna,and,steam is better than those 2 other sport gym I been to . the lights is not bright. Thats what I like.and there no evalator but stairs to,the cardio, its a small gym 4 lanes on,pool but small machine , some,workout are old , here is clean not like lakewood super sport, basketball court are so small , u I keep get hit the roof,its only 4 bbballcourt , plz improve that and get room 2,more compare to other2 super sport near me, lw and Cerritos

My favorite 24, but it’s so far from home. TONS of cardio equipment. Free weights for days. Always fri badly service. My only issue is their payment system. I made two cash payments for my membership here and they were never applied to my account. Then they insisted that I bring them my receipt. And when I couldn’t find at first (I live very far and it wasn’t in my car) they wouldn’t review the camera. It was kind of frustrating, but it’s still my first choice when there no traffic.

It started good then kept taking money after I ended my no contract contract with them. The refund is taking over a month to refund me my money they stole. It's ridiculous how every week they keep saying it'll 7-10 business days to return my money yet it's been over a MONTH! wost place!
