Learning at 360 has been a phenomenal experience! I went to a class on a total whim and was hooked immediately. I signed up for private lessons and have loved every single class. I train with Alan and he is an absolute master of his craft (both Krav and teaching). After a couple of months my husband joined me and he loves it. Since then our 11 year old and 7 year old have started taking classes...We all LOVE it. Candance (with the help of Grace) does the kids classes and she engaging, fun and fast moving. We all feel pushed, motivated and supportive. I can not give Krav 360 enough stars!

DO NOT JOIN THEM THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!I signed up for s 6 month course in march of this year. I signed the 6m contract with auto pay. I injured myself at work and could no longer go but still decided to pay since I signed a contract .I just recentky noticed that Inwas still playing the subscription to them and couldn't figure out why. Tried calling no answer tried emailing them no answer...SO I called the 1800 number tied to the charge to my account and it turns out the 6 months was over in august. What 360 krav maga doesnt tell you when you sign the contract is the account turns into a month to month charge after the 6 months is up and there is no notification fot ANND You have to write an email stating you wish to cancel the account. So now its october and im still being charged and because the account just charged me again, I have to spend an additional $150.00 invoicing fee to cancel my subscription.Shame on you 360 krav maga you got me for an additional $450.00 I will be speaking with a friend about filing a claim

Parents be warned. Students be warned. This is a highly unethical business. My 8 year old son, Alex, was a member of 360 for two years and all I have to say is, 360, How could you???I believed in how Alan (owner) could help provide focus and discipline for my active son through dedicated membership. It seemed to be going well, my son had made it through multiple belt promotions and, was in the kids’ Black Belt training program.Four days a week, Alex showed up on time, dressed and ready ...that is until January. Alex was told to get off the mat and leave the class. Which was strange since I was there, and I was watching, and hadn’t seen anything happen. (Seriously. What happened??) And, It wasn’t just leave for the day, Alex got kicked out of the class. Alan confirmed with a short break up text and didn’t respond when I asked him to call to explain/discuss.So what could have gone wrong?Earlier that day, I suppose I made the egregious faux pas of daring to ask Alan if he could post a cat for adoption on his 360 Facebook group page. After all, there are a few hundred members who are all locals, it seemed like a great idea to me.But the look of shock on Alan’s face. Had I dared to approach the maharajah? He told me that such a request would “open Pandora’s box” (I know, strange analogy, but his words not mine) And then he uttered some mumbo jumbo about 10,000 followers. It was a no.No biggie, right? Not so much. This cat adoption rejection is also a tad hypocritical since they had no problem asking *me* to post for *them*.In the spring, Abel, who they call “the program director”, had asked me to help them. He asked if I could post up some flyers to get more students. I obliged. I posted all over Atlantic Ave at various coffee places and on local bulletin boards. Abel even asked if I could post on my son’s elementary school PTA Facebook page. I did. I was so helpful ; ), Abel promised me $50 for each sign up. I literally stood next to a dude in Starbucks tell me he was going to call, and a couple parents on the PTA FB page said the same. But no referral fee was ever paid. I had no names either. What can I do? But last month when my son’s best friend Eric signed up there is no mistake. Nope. Even with multiple promises I didn’t get a referral fee on that one either. How could a post about a super cute cat be such an imposition? What would drive a grown man to kick my son out of class, killing his spirit and hurting his feelings. He cried in the car and told me he was ashamed. You’re a tough guy Alan. Where’s your integrity? Was the personal request to help with the cat the ulterior reason my son was removed from the program? It did coincide on the same day, but I’ll never know. Because after two years, not only was he ousted, I never got the courtesy of a phone call, a return email or a personal meeting. Two years. And just like that, after spending $4,000 on program fees and expenses, it’s goodbye.. but without the “goodbye” part.
