Fight Solutions HQ

This gym is a great spot to train Muay Thai. I wouldn’t want to train Muay Thai anywhere else in Long Beach, I love this gym. It’s tiny but the size of the gym never affects the training and the coaches are masters of their craft. I’ve trained Muay Thai at other gyms and this one is definitely my favorite.

Our daughter attends the kid's Muay Thai class at Fight Solurions HQ. She loves the class. The instructors are awesome and all very supportive. We highly recommend Fight Solurions HQ to everyone.

My son attends this gym so my review is going consist of my experience on kids classes. First off he is in both kids classes and together the price is very affordable. All of the coaches take time to explain & correct technique , and are all very friendly. You can see how family oriented the staff is and how they rub that energy off on the kids. This is the 2nd gym we have enrolled our son in and I can’t see him being anywhere else. I have nothing negative I can say about this place. If you are debating on gyms, I would say this is a place you must check out.

This gym has been one of the best experiences of my life. The coaches are all so caring and focus heavily on technique. Such a positive environment and always learning something new! Great team.

I have been involved in Martial Arts for many years, and my Coaches and Instructors have been great. I fortunately have a very high level Coach now. A coach who will allow a creative fighter to develop his own style. A style that's unique and non- traditional. Being very opened minded and not stuck on one way. Yet, he will observe to see any deficiencies and critique it. Once, he sees that it works. He will help you with your growth.This school, is more than fighting. It helps people achieve higher self. Me as a human being has applied teachings of the school to my Teenager. Being patient and communicating, expressing concerns to be better in not only in a physical way, but in a spiritual type of way.This is a place of wonderful people. It's like a Martial Arts Utopia. Something that many people dream about attending. The people here are great!This is a part of other happiness in my life. I am at a older age, and still learning and evolving, because we are never too old to learn. My problem solving and social skills are at my highest peek and still soaring. It's a spiritual journey like. I feel great exercising! I feel like I'm in my 20's. Not all the time, but when I train. I'm there.

decided to come here to learn muay thai after boxing for a few months and I can guarantee you that Fight Solutions HQ is the best gym there is around. All the coaches are personable and very experienced in what they do. The head coach, Coach Gerson doesn't care if you plan or don't plan to fight competitively. He only cares about your growth not only in fighting but as a person overall.I wouldn't hesitate to come try a class, it's free and you definitely won't regret it

My sister Jasmine attends class Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. She loves it; its a great investment for your child or self.

This gym is excellent. It fits for all types of people and all types of schedules. They have classes starting from 6am all the way to 9pm. Kids and families are welcome here. These classes are great for those who want to become professional fighters, or those who just want to have fun. For me personally, I love it because I am in a safe environment learning legitimate skills and self defense. Whatever your goal is with martial arts, you can feel comfortable pursuing it here. The long beach location has also been newly remodeled. Highly recommended!
