Even though late in life, I finally found the exercise that my mind and body crave ... yoga. The teachers at Ja Yoga are EXCELLENT guides for the mind and body. The other practitioners are serious. Every time I attend, I feel renewed. My health was good and it is getting better with every class. If you are teetering ... you really need to tilt on into a class.
