So I signed up to mostly go swimming in the pool only to discover that they have little kids swimming in the pool. What kind of grown adult peoples gym allows little kids to swim in the pool? So I asked to cancel my membership and give me a refund, and they refused to cancel without me going in person. I couldn't make it in person to cancel so they refused to cancel and give me a refund. How can you refuse to cancel someone's membership? The manager wouldn't even call me back and refused to talk to me on the phone. The manager needs to be fired immediately. No worries, I disputed it to my bank and still got my money back. One of the rudest management I have ever dealt with. L.A. Fitness, I suggest you fire this manager right away.

First and foremost, the staff here are some of the friendliest I’ve ever met. Sal and Jasmine (hopefully I spelled your names right) were incredibly kind and hooked me up while I was in town for work. This is what makes the difference in choosing a gym. Some of the people inside are slightly inconsiderate of putting weights away or being on their phones too much but what gym doesn’t have that these days.5 stars for sure merely for the customer service and staff friendliness. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Male staff is extremely unprofessional and immature. They hang out and laugh with customers and snicker and whisper. This is high school behavior and not up to normal L.A. fitness standards. The gym is extremely dirty and it is too crowded. They need to stop taking members as the lockerrooms and gym is always over capacity.

I went to this LA Fitness today and had a free guest pass. The equipment is very effective, the team members were very helpful and the environment is workout friendly regardless of body type.

The fitness trainer Johnathan was very cool. He took the time to show me where I need help. He assessed me with fitness goals and what it would take to get there. He’s real professional. Check him out.

This is the dirtiest gym I have EVER been to. Trash everywhere, old equipment. As much as they charge for membership you would think they would latest equipment and good cleaning.

Kids club is NOT included in membership. Wasn't made aware of this until I had my 2 babies with me at the gym and was surprised with an addition fee that I did not have at the time. They had me waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes trying to …

The staff is good overall. The lady with the big hoops and bangles and loud perfume needs to tone it down. (She almost made me sick once.) The layout of the equipment is good but I wish they had more individual cable machines and more updated machines.
