I went to Orangetheory because I had already heard a lot of great things about it. My first class was intense & fun, it was such a good work out. I was a little worried because I’m not in the best shape, but I felt comfortable in class since the staff at the front desk went over what to expect and some of the terms and analysis I’d see in class. Before class started I was introduced to the instructor she kindly walked me through the workouts and gave me a quick overview of what to expect. She sat me in the rower and showed me the correct form to row. I’ve towed before in other gyms and this was the first time I actually got to learn the correct form. The attention the staff & instructor gave me made me feel at ease. Once class started I was able to follow the workout. The workout was intense but also it’s okay if you are at a different fitness level, everyone is pushing at their own effort. I love the lighting of theGym it’s orange also it just refreshing to be in a modern new gym with a workout that has a purpose and you have a Instructor guiding you and motivating you. It’s everything I was looking for, I was tired of a regular boring gym I needed some color in my life and or age theory is exactly what I needed. I signed up for the membership right after my first class & I’m so happy to be going back.
