Love this gym! My husband and I were looking for a gym that accommodated COVID precautions and had an awesome personal trainer that would train us both. The space is clean and well-equipped; and Dave McKeag is the best trainer that focuses on educating us, modifying exercises as needed, and has a great sense of humor. Cannot recommend this place and Dave enough!

I started training here with my wife about 3 months ago. Dave, our trainer is amazing! He is a living vampire with at least 300...I mean 30+ years of experience and a great sense of humor. We go 3 times a week and find ourselves burning a few extra calories just from all the laughing we do. Obviously, you want to make sure you match well with your trainer, so I can only speak about Dave as well as Trey, the owner, who always stops to say hi and chat up a bit when he's around. Things are still very serious and Dave knows just about everything there is to know about bodies and fitness. His motto "Your pain is my pleasure", is very fitting, especially after leg day!Masks are optional. Dave wears a mask with us as is our preference, but not required. Respect is in full supply here!Dave! Dave! Dave!

I love training with Amit Shelat at Park East Fitness. He is calm, focus and super-knowledgeable. I’m 62 and my doctor recommended strength training for balance and overall muscle toning. I’ve only been working with Amit for a few months and already I feel a huge improvement in my fitness. This is my first experience working with a trainer and I was nervous about it. But Amit immediately put me at ease with his warmth and professionalism. The workouts are challenging, but not intimidating, and the results are significant. My balance, strength, and even mood are improving; back and hip pain have disappeared. The gym itself is terrific. The trainers keep it neat and organized. The front wall is all glass and looks out to a beautiful park. I thought working out would be a chore, but with Amit it has become a highpoint in my life. Gaining strength feels amazing!

I started going to Park East Fitness during the Covid pandemic and absolutely love it. It’s a smaller more intimate gym that provides individualized training that really appeals to me. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment is always in great order and accessible. Chuck Sobel and I train a couple days a week and he’s extremely knowledgeable of body mechanics and makes sure I lift properly without fear of injury. I’m in my 60s so I’m very conscious about choosing a trainer who’s priority is my health and avoiding injuries while focusing on building muscle and flexibility. My biggest past time is golf and while training with Chuck, I’ve seen major improvements in my balance and stability while club head speed has increased. Check it out! Highly recommend this business.

We love Park East Fitness! My fiancee and I started working here 6 months ago and we have seen incredible results from working with David McKeag, our trainer. He's incredibly knowledgeable, kind but unrelenting, and always cheerful. We highly recommend working out with him.The facilities at Park East are perfect for someone who wants a lot of flexibility in the types of exercises they want to do and a variety of weight options. Free weights go from 4 lbs up to 70 lbs and there are a variety of cable and squatting machines. The equipment is kept very tidy. During COVID, they took safety very seriously, with everyone either masking up or working outside. There's also great fans for airflow, for when you're really pushing yourself.My best gym experience for sure!

I've been going to Park East Fitness for the past 2 months. David McKeag is my personal trainer and I've really enjoyed the the boutique gym atmosphere. David really pushes me and understand my wants and needs. He makes sure that all the equipment is sanitized and everything is set up and ready to go when I arrive so that we can start training right away. They take your temperature for safety precautions. I would recommend anyone to come check out Park East Fitness.
