(10/5, actually.) While this service is on the upper end of the fitness price point, it does feel like a good value for the money spent. EVERYONE is kind, knowledgeable, and professional, but a special shout-out is due to Brandon. He's brilliant. I find him to be knowledgeable, cultured, and personable. He takes good notes in the event that another staff member works with me so that the progress made continues. He starts each session with a mini-assessment to learn about progress, problems, or injuries. He offers great suggestions on exercises to support me and my fitness goals and most importantly, he has a way of connecting with folks that helps them to learn to recognize the wisdom of their own bodies. My experience is that I feel well taken care of, empowered on my fitness journey and supported in the process. Thus far, everyone at the stretch lab has been wonderful. I have enjoyed working with each person who was assigned to me, but Brandon has truly distinguished himself.
