Catalyst is our second home. Our kids want to be there- on and off the mat. The coaches have become some of our best friends. I am so grateful for Catalyst for so many reasons. We are very proud to call them family.

Catalyst has been a great gym to visit! I spent some time in the area and was able to train while in town. The instructors were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to learn a lot in my short visit and would love to stop in next time I’m in town! .

Catalyst is an awesome environment whether you are new to Jiu Jitsu or have a lot of time in the sport. They have great coaches, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly members. Everyone I have met here is passionate about learning and helping others learn. Couldn't ask for more.

I would recommend Catalyst to anyone who wants to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Professor Todd and the coaches are great at breaking down techniques and teaching them to you in an easy to learn way. The class structure allows you to get many reps in while you are drilling. You will drill and roll in every class. Professor Todd and the coaches give really good details that allow you to be successful faster. Easy 5/5.

Catalyst is awesome! I have been practicing Jiu Jitsu at Catalyst for a couple of months now and it has been amazing. Professor Todd and all the coaches are very knowledgeable and great teachers. Everyone has been very welcoming to me. I recently moved to the area and started Jiu Jitsu to get in better shape and have a place to make friends. I've done both those things! There is a really good variety of people to roll with (many different levels, ages, and sizes). Jiu Jitsu has been a benefit to me in so many ways. I would recommend that everyone come to Catalyst and try a class!

First off such a great gym! My 5 year old has been attending for a little over a month now and it has helped him out in so many ways. He is focusing more and trying more in school. He was having a rough time transitioning into being in school and his attitude has improved so much since starting here. The coaches here are all amazing. They are great with the kids and very welcoming to everyone. They treat you like family and it has been all around great for my son. I highly recommend Catalyst to anyone.

Where do I start?!We home school our kids, we travel a lot with work. We are used to being outliers every where We go. It can be challenging moving state to state, sometimes country to country.One thing that is constant in our travels, is the friends we have found in Jiu Jitsu.Most gyms are good, but few are amazing.We have been fortunate enough to find Catalyst in Windsor.This is one of those amazing gyms!Not only do we get to train with great people, we are also part of an awesome competition team.This gym is endorsed by the most highly decorated competitors in the sport.Not to mention the fact that most of the people that train in this gym are high level competitors. Also, very humble. Very kind. Good down to earth people.We are proud, and fortunate to train at this gym.Professor Todd Cornfield, and his team of coaches, are top notch. Highest caliber in my honest opinion.My sons, went from having no friends, to having a team of gold medal people backing them up, and also winning gold medals themselves.To be clear, it’s not about medals.It’s about having fun, learning self confidence, challenging your self, meeting new people, and learning something new.The high-level coaching, team spirit, and philosophy of this gym, just happens to cultivate Gold medals as a byproduct of anyone willing to jump in there and give it a try.Our family endorses this gym.I challenge anyone reading this to try Jiu Jitsu. It’s a great sport for the whole family.In a perfect world, I would train 8 days a week at this gym.

I've been a part of teams my entire life kindergarten to college, and currently on a professional level as a firefighter. The Catalyst team is incredible. From the youngest kids to the eldest adults everyone is enthusiastic and genuine. The coaches are amazing. I've never experienced an environment where everyone is so eager to learn and share knowledge. The kids program is top notch and there truly is something here for everyone. I'm excited to be a part and look forward to watching it grow.

It's a great way to learn self defense, get exercise, and my daughter absolutely loves it! She has improved her stamina and has had an extremely positive experience. The coaches are truly outstanding and have a great balance of discipline and fun. I've never met better coaches or nicer people. Her confidence has increased 10 fold and it's a great way to give your child the tools they need to deal with all kinds of situations. The kids help each other learn and work together. I highly recommend it.
