Amazing box! I have tried them all in the surrounding area and this one is my favorite. Big variety of people and skill levels. Great sense of community. And best of all my endurance and body comp has improved since I joined! Cant ask for more!!

I am very new to cross fit and have felt welcomed at crossfit970 from day one. The coaches are very knowledgeable and have helped me learn proper techniques . I would recommend crossfit970 to anyone.

I was coming back to Crossfit and they welcomed me back with open arms. The people there are always so welcoming and overall great people. With injuries in both my shoulders, the coaches always go out of their way to help me out.

I played football for Windsor high school right down the road. The workouts there were amazing but nothing like the ones at CrossFit 970. It has been a life changer for me and it doesn’t take up a lot of my time for a workout that I know works and that I know will make me not only look better but feel better.

Been to many Gyms in the area. One was only 5 mins from my house although the other gyms had great people like most gyms do. I opted to drive the extra 20 mins to go back. The staff and the people are the absolute best!

Relatively new to CrossFit 970 and have loved the experience. Overall the community is wonderful and welcoming, the location is great and the programming is challenging for all levels.
