Signed up for CycleBar at the their new location in October. I was promised the new location would be opened in November. I contacted their Fort Collins location in hopes to cancel my membership and refund me for my 160$ I spent on the membership that I never used. Was advised to email their account, which is fine, but was denied a refund despite it almost being March (4months after their promised November date) and never using their services. Little ridiculous that they can charge you for a membership, not provide services, and keep your money.
