I love SPENGA- The staff and instructors are great, the schedule is great, the workout is awesome. My fitness has never been better. Best gym in LovelandI used to think I loved cycling classes, but those seem so boring now compared to a SPENGA class. Can't imagine ever doing a 45 or 60 minute cycling class again.

Best workout with the best instructors who encourage and help ensure you're in proper form to prevent injuries and to improve results. A perfect workout for someone who doesn't want to do all the extra work of figuring out what exercises to do and the fun energy of a group workout!

I’ve been at SPENGA Loveland for just over a year and I absolutely love my SPENGA fam!! The 20/20/20 format is perfect—-challenging but doesn’t get monotonous. The you vs you mentality keeps me constantly striving to work harder. And I just LOVE the friends I’ve made here. Wonderful people who are such an encouragement. 🤍 Can’t say enough good things about SPENGA!

I love spenga Loveland! Such a nice community and everyone is really helpful. Clean and well kept studio. Workout is fantastic-just as you get bored you move on! Has really helped me push myself in ways I wasn’t getting at home.

I am a college student and joined because my sister told me how awesome the workouts were, and I have absolutely LOVED it! I feel like I get a hard workout in each time, but I don’t feel terribly sore the next day because they make sure to properly stretch afterwards!

In one word, SPENGA Loveland is INCREDIBLE. I was a founding member of the SPENGA Fort Collins studio and when that studio abruptly closed in early summer 2023, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I love the SPENGA workout routine, had reached several milestones I didn’t want to lose, and had a founding members rate. I reached out to SPENGA Loveland in the hopes I could maintain these things. They were so understanding and everything transferred with me. The owners have been so welcoming to any member from Fort Collins who joined. That says a lot to me about how they truly care for their members. All the instructors in Loveland are INCREDIBLE. I love the 20/20/20 format of spin/strength/yoga. It’s the perfect combination and every session is different because of the awesome tunes and variety in the strength training format. The YOU VS YOU mantra of SPENGA is engrained in me. Some days I may not be feeling my best, but I give it the best I can, and always leave feeling better than when I walked in the door. So glad to be part of this INCREDIBLE community! There is nothing like a SPENGA werkout and the Loveland studio is amazing!

SPENGA is thee best workout. As a not young/not old human, I need all the pieces of fitness Spenga offers. The instructors tell me what to do so I don’t need to think about what to do next. I feel more physically and mentally healthy because of this place! My back doesn’t ache anymore and I feel more awake.If you are looking for a place that gives you just enough cardio (spin 20min), just enough weight lifting (strength 20min), and just enough stretching (yoga 20min) … Spenga is your answer!Big fan of Loveland Spenga as they welcomed the FoCo Spenga members with open arms during a transitional time. Says a lot about their care for the community!

Spenga has completely changed my life. I love everything about it. The community is unlike any other gym out there. Every instructor is unique and provides an excellent work out experience. It is so great to have a group of encouraging people to hold you in accountable and help you reach your goals. The owners Cari and Jason are some of the best people around. I love coming to Spenga!!

The instructors and staff at Spenga Loveland are great! I love the combination of biking, strength and yoga workout. It never gets boring and I feel good when I leave. I have only been to five sessions but continue to remain motivated to workout.
