I was a student at this school when I was much, much younger. They taught me how to find my confidence, how to defend myself without starting a fight, and ultimately introduced me into the world of sports, and out of a sedentary lifestyle.Thank you Sabum nim Tran!

This is not just a place for kids to learn martial arts, it is a place where they learn to have self esteem. Mrs. Tran goes above and beyond while teaching at this dojo. I would recommend it to any human, all ages!

I went in for a free trial class on Saturday morning. It was great! Ms. Tran is very positive and upbeat. The class was a decent size without being overcrowded. Definitely felt like I got my cardio in and some solid hits on the bag! Would recommend to beginners who want to try a class.

My 6 year-old joined Tran's in October of 2019. Right away, we were impressed with Master Tran and all her staff. My son absolutely loves attending the Lil’ Tigers Tae Kwon Do classes. He's not only getting some much-needed exercise, he's also learning discipline, respect and self-defense skills. My wife and I were so impressed that we began taking kickboxing classes about a month later. I further went on and enrolled in their excellent Muay Thai program.Although the COVID-19 stay-at-home requirement has kept everyone away from Tran's Dojang the past few weeks, Master Tran is running all classes online and live through Zoom. She's also been uploading technical martial arts training videos to YouTube. Thus, students can continue training at home whenever they have time. This has proved to be a great way to keep in shape while we’re stuck at home. My family couldn’t be happier with our decision to join Tran’s Martial Arts and Fitness.

Master Tran and her team are excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. My daughter is blossoming with confidence and my son is becoming more focused and comfortable speaking with others besides the family. My kids are learning so much more than just the physical movements. Thank you very much!
