180 fitness is the best workout place in the Merrimack Valley! Terrie is the best!I’ve never felt so strong and able to do anything I put my mind to! I ran my first 5k by coming to 180 fitness and continue to build my stamina and endurance with every class. You’ll never get bored with the multiple types of classes like boot camp, spin, Zumba and more!Coming to 180 is more than a workout, it’s like joining a family!

I've been at 180 Fitness for almost 2 years now. Being on the other side of 60 meant getting myself in better shape than ever... It has helped keep my A1C down to a normal level and the strength and stamina I now have has helped when taking care of my granddaughter (who gets bigger every day). Terrie is always there for you, no matter what the situation. A great trainer and friend to all who enter.

Terrie Bulger at 180 Fitness has an enthusiasm for my success that deepens my dedication to meet and exceed my expectations. Through a 12 week program I have lost nearly 25 pounds, lost 2 pant sizes, and gained a motivation to continue with the healthy lifestyle that Terrie and I have formulated. I have been going to 180 Fitness since March 2018. I trained with Terrie for 12 weeks to build muscle and slim down, both were a success! She is a great motivator and a pleasure to train with 3 days a week. When my training ended, I start attending the classes... specifically Spin and Boot Camp. Because it is not a typical gym, where most people walk around with head phones on and not talking to anyone, I was able to meet a wonderful group of people. It is very neat and clean and equipment is in very good shape. I highly recommend checking it out.

I've been taking personal training, boot camp and zumba classes here for a month. I really appreciate the meal plan that comes with personal training - it guides you but gives you enough flexibility to be creative. The classes are really fun as well and not a single one has been the same so far!

I absolutely love 180fitness!!! I got a Groupon for Zumba and boot camp classes but after I talked to Terrie the owner and a personal trainer there I decided to do personal training first. After 1 month I lost 15 lbs without trying. I go 3 days a week and look forward to every workout. Terrie works with my strengths and weaknesses (my knees). 180 fitness is a small kindoff boutique fitness center... anyone would feel comfortable and benefit from there top notch training ... it's fun and very effective!!
